BMH P2 Debate Match
Every Monday，students from all year groups gather together to have Assembly. During this time, certificates are awarded by teachers to students linked to their performance and connected to our school values and virtues.
In addition to the award ceremony, students share their learning through performances and presentations.
This Monday was the P2 students’ turn to share their learning. First of all, they recited two ancient Chinese poems, named “The Lakeside Temple at Dawn” and “A Quatrain”.
Then they held a debate match with the key question: “Is it too late to shut the stable door after one horse has bolted?”
This Monday’s assembly was brought to a climax by the children's brilliant words and reasoning. Their points captured the interests of all the students from other classes; they were keen to join in and debate this topic.
